  I went there 3 months ago and I had a very poor experience at this UPS Store. I needed to print 2 pages and wasn't sure how to use the self-service, so I politely asked for help. The staff member's attitude changed immediately and they seemed very annoyed that I was asking, even though there were two employees available. They tried to charge me $5-$6 for just 2 pages! I ended up leaving and going to Office Depot in Rosemead, where I only paid 67 cents for 3 pages. The service here is unfriendly and the pricing is a total rip-off. I won't be coming back.

  Cleanest, most organized UPS I’ve experienced. Staff is so kind, nice, and patient- esp Sherif and Cat.

  Would've been 6 stars .. except there's usually a line of 3-5 customers most of the times I've been there. Great service & staff, just need another 1 or 2 of them.
