    Please make sure never to use DHL, their drivers don't attempt deliveries, their customer service reps promise to make things right and still failed. Waisted two days for an important delivery and I still don't have it in hand. I don't even know where my item is at the moment. Spoke to Diego yesterday, Michelle today, and another rep in the afternoon and they all promised that my Item would be attempted to be redelivered today so I stayed to make sure I could receive it. Its currently 5:30 PM and nothing. Use Fedex or UPS, but never use DHL, absolutely worst of them all.

    I tried to drop off a package here on multiple occasions and they closed very early or opened late past the time specified on the door / website in the morning. Extremely frustrating because it seems like this location is non operational.

    Gabriela is the best. Shipping to other countries is intimidating, with the different rules and restrictions. Gabriela always helps me and I’ve never had any issues. I hope DHL is treating her well, because she’s the reason I use this company for international shipping.
