Waisted two days for an important delivery and I still don't have it in hand. I don't even know where my item is at the moment. Spoke to Diego yesterday, Michelle today, and another rep in the afternoon and they all promised that my Item would be attempted to be redelivered today so I stayed to make sure I could receive it. Its currently 5:30 PM and nothing. Use Fedex or UPS, but never use DHL, absolutely worst of them all.
