I did an amazon return - walked up to the desk and mentioned I have an Amazon return and the lady just stared at me and then I asked what did she need from me and she just continued to stare at me very rudely and then she responded with attitude. ‘Do you have a code’ and I said ‘yes here it is,I didn’t know that’s what you were looking for’ and then she continued to say ‘well usually customers know what to do’ , mind you It’s my first time doing a return at a UPS, very rude lady very short and then sarcastically says you ‘have a great day with a high-pitched, sarcastic tone very uncalled for and unprofessional, and I’m just so confused as to why she treated me that way. Just had a glaring stare with no communication- i had to ask what she needed from me to process the return
