  Such a rude young lady working 12/17/2025 at 11:45 AM . I did an amazon return - walked up to the desk and mentioned I have an Amazon return and the lady just stared at me and then I asked what did she need from me and she just continued to stare at me very rudely and then she responded with attitude. ‘Do you have a code’ and I said ‘yes here it is,I didn’t know that’s what you were looking for’ and then she continued to say ‘well usually customers know what to do’ , mind you It’s my first time doing a return at a UPS, very rude lady very short and then sarcastically says you ‘have a great day with a high-pitched, sarcastic tone very uncalled for and unprofessional, and I’m just so confused as to why she treated me that way. Just had a glaring stare with no communication- i had to ask what she needed from me to process the return

  I recently broke my wrist and I needed to mail my daughter-in-law’s keys to Petaluma from Aptos and Cecilia helped me pick out shipping materials and in filling out all the information. This store always takes care of my family.

  Has always got done what I needed quick & easy. Returned am amazon package, quick scan on my phone 1 he before they closed. In and our in under 5 minutes.
