- LELandon EbmeyerSep 26, 20251.0I have been to many UPS locations over the years and this one has been the most disappointing for me. I overnight checks on a regular basis for my business. There's an employee at this store, Robert, that does not know what items can and cannot be shipped via UPS. According to UPS website, both corporate and franchise locations will ship checks, and have done so for me in the past. According to Robert, UPS is not able to ship a check because it's a "form of currency". Additional employee training is needed because having to drive across town to ship a check at the other Apple Valley location is ridiculous!!

- WWWinnie Wingo (Winnie-pooh)Sep 8, 20255.0I was expecting just place to be the FedEx but I was glad it turned out to be UPS and it was very helpful and close to home the attendant lady that served me a lady named Dawn was very polite and courteous she even wrapped my package with their wrapping tape even though I bought my own and she told me other things that I could get done at their office which made it very helpful for me to know if I wanted to come back again my price was way cheaper than mailing it at my local post office I will be glad to return but I only advise that all tendons put on a happy face and be as helpful and grateful as Dawn was because the lady in front at the desk before Dawn would not greet me nor saying be with you in a minute so I was thankful that Don called me over and service me as soon as the other customer left. People were going in and out coming quickly I was glad to see such fast service able to be done.
