There's an employee at this store, Robert, that does not know what items can and cannot be shipped via UPS. According to UPS website, both corporate and franchise locations will ship checks, and have done so for me in the past. According to Robert, UPS is not able to ship a check because it's a "form of currency". Additional employee training is needed because having to drive across town to ship a check at the other Apple Valley location is ridiculous!!
