I had a very disappointing experience with this business. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful!!! I had to wait far longer than expected, and when I finally received assistance, the representative was rude and dismissive of my concerns!! What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability—no apology, no effort to resolve the issue, and no sense that customer satisfaction mattered at all. It felt like my time and business were not valued. The customer review was right!! I would not recommend this place based on my experience, and I hope they take steps to improve their customer service in the future!! 1/10!!

I recently encountered a disappointing experience at a post office located at this site. Due to an unusually high volume of appointments, I was forced to book an appointment two weeks in advance in Los Angeles. I scheduled the earliest available appointment in Anaheim, which required a 30-minute drive from my residence. My son and I arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment time. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk instructed us to wait until we were called. After waiting for 10 minutes, another staff member informed me that there would be a delay due to printer maintenance. We returned to the waiting area and waited an additional 20 minutes, which tested my patience. I approached the front desk to inquire about the delay and was ignored by the staff member, who instead called my son over. I explained the situation, and the staff member apologized for the wait, stating that the printer was malfunctioning. I expressed my frustration, explaining that I had booked the appointment for 9:00 a.m. and had been waiting since 8:45 a.m. after a 10-hour work shift. I also mentioned that my son had missed school for the appointment. The staff member failed to acknowledge my concerns, prompting me to express my anger. The situation escalated, and the staff member called the manager to resolve the issue. I explained the situation to the manager, who apologized for the delay. However, I was dismayed to learn that the printer had been malfunctioning since the previous Saturday, and the staff had failed to notify me. The manager attempted to rectify the situation by contacting another post office to accommodate me without an appointment. Unfortunately, this solution was not feasible due to my son's scheduled doctor's appointment in Long Beach. We proceeded to another post office, where the staff was unaware of the previous arrangement. After explaining the situation, the staff member accepted my application. I was not upset about the printer malfunction but rather the lack of communication and professionalism displayed by the staff.
