- BSBecca SMar 30, 20261.0only two people working and the line was SO long and moved so slow. a third person came out to help but couldn't scan barcodes for drop off??? isn't that the most efficient way to drop off so why is there no self service option. i could do it myself in less than 5 minutes.

I elevated this to USPS management and agents, and they can't get a hold of anyone down there. I sat with my phone ringing on their direct line for this location, but no one picked up. Sadly, even corporate USPS management has said they can't do anything unless someone at this location picks up or responds to their e-mails.
