I understand having small store with lack of space but $10 for up to a 20 lb package seems a little ridiculous when I've only paid $12 for the shipping label. Other than that, it's a great little store! Super friendly staff and very convenient!

- LFLiane FahmieMar 23, 20261.0Tried to drop off a package with a prepaid label, was told it’s a $10-20 fee to drop off??? Find a different store to use instead. Edit: the store is claiming the fee is for “the value of your experience”. More like the value of a ripoff and giving more profit to the store management. UPS already pays them to take and ship their packages, don’t enable their greed and find a different store with way better customer service without unreasonable fees.
