    Waited twenty minutes for mail pick up, then the employee said he was off the clock, and to wait in the main line. Then after waiting another twenty minutes in the main line, they said the mail pick up is open now so I would have to go over there. So had to go to the back of the line again. Absolutely no respect for customer's time.

According to the tracking information, the package was marked as “Delivered”; however, I did not receive it. The tracking details indicate that the item was delivered inside the USPS facility, but it never reached me. The package contained a brand-new iPhone 17 Pro Max, and I have all the necessary purchase and shipping documents to confirm the value and ownership of the device. I strongly believe the item was stolen or misplaced after being scanned as delivered within the USPS location. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and compensation for the lost item. Please let me know what additional documents or information are required to process this claim.     A live by this usps..and whoever was on route to deliver my okage today never did. They marked delivery was completed with with package on the porch but with no picture..meanwhile I was sitting on the porch and no usps truck pulled up...so did the driver take my package?? Now I have to go through the whole claim process because people like to steal
