- NCnatasha carterNov 7, 20251.0I've had issues with this post office for years. So I decided to do a test. I sent 30 postcards to the same address. 13/30 were delivered. 17 were lost. Of the 13, 9 postcards took over 2 weeks to get to their destination. The destination is in IL and per the Post Office, it should take 5 business days. I tried the exact same test at the Tustin Post Office. They had a success rate of 100% and every postcard was delivered within 5 business days. I have no idea how the Broadway post office can be this inept but they are. If you are in Anaheim and want your packages delivered, I STRONGLY recommend driving to another town's post office and mailing it from there.

She started to be rude after I had a package come up missing that said it was delivered but I never got it after that. Janice will be talking to every single customer there when I come in, saying" hello, how are you, is that all for you,, thank you have a good one" to literally EVERYONE until its my turn to be helped. Then I don't get a hello, is that all today, thank you have a good one...NOTHING. SHE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. this will be the one and only year I keep a PO box there.

Not sure what her prob is but every time I go there she always gives us a hard time and has an attitude and if you let her do her thing THEN she will help you. The black guy that works there on the other hand is very nice and helpful.
- MEMaggie EFeb 23, 20144.0I actually really like this post office. The women who work there have helped me to avoid spending extra money on packaging twice now. They don't have the best hours or selection of boxes/things to purchase (just the basics), but they are helpful and rarely have a line.
