When I set up redelivery dates, even a week in advance, they either 1.) don't attempt the redelivery on the correct day or 2.) just leave the note in the box without coming to my door. I've opened up about five different cases against them over this matter, dealing with my packages for almost a year now. I've even spoken with the manager over this, to which she confirmed a redelivery date for me and I still didn't get my packages. Three cases opened with Consumer Affairs and I'm still sitting here, waiting for my package.
