The lines are always extremely long, and the employees couldn’t care less if you get your packages or not. I called specifically to ask if this location accepted General Delivery, and a USPS employee ensured me they did. Once I confirmed the item had been delivered, I waited in line on FOUR DIFFERENT OCCASIONS to see if they could find it. It became evident these people had no clue what had happened to my package. This cost me dearly in terms of my time and resources, not to mention a great deal of frustration. I’m glad the USPS will likely not exist in 5 years. What a joke!
