- GEGloria Espinoza1 day ago1.0The delivery driver never attempted to deliver my package and because of this I wasn’t left a notice. Honestly the worst place and people I have ever dealt with. If I could leave zero stars I would. I called to say I was picking up my package was told I could come pick it up, I arrived the lady “looked” for my package for a good while comes back empty handed asking me if I was told I could pick it up when I just said that. Charles comes up to the front when he’s the one I talked to on the phone saying I could pick up my package, now he wants to tell me it’s lost in the mail and they’ll contact me with further updates. I haven’t got any updates I am the one calling and texting about my package and still no response and no one is answering the phone. The inconvenience is ridiculous and honestly you should all lose your job.
