- JLjel lejDec 9, 20251.0I work in retail, so I understand how challenging it can be to work with clients all day. But as a customer, what I experienced today was absolutely the worst interaction I ever had with an associate. As I was waiting in line, minding my business, girl with black hair : she is short, medium build ( she might be new I never saw her before) YELLED at me in front of all the customers to GET OUT of line if I have amazon return. That I can just scan it myself. I couldnt understand her well, so I asked her to repeat it please where she yelled at me again. I felt so humiliated. I will never come back to this location again. You need to be ashamed of your workers and who ever is a manager needs to work on his training and hiring skills. Worst experience I ever had in any business. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST.
