  I work in retail, so I understand how challenging it can be to work with clients all day. But as a customer, what I experienced today was absolutely the worst interaction I ever had with an associate. As I was waiting in line, minding my business, girl with black hair : she is short, medium build ( she might be new I never saw her before) YELLED at me in front of all the customers to GET OUT of line if I have amazon return. That I can just scan it myself. I couldnt understand her well, so I asked her to repeat it please where she yelled at me again. I felt so humiliated. I will never come back to this location again. You need to be ashamed of your workers and who ever is a manager needs to work on his training and hiring skills. Worst experience I ever had in any business. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST.

  excellent customer service, i had a set of glasses that were being delivered from Mexico to my home, the workers in the morning are amazing and super friendly, they greet you in the morning ALL the time. Every single one of them needs to have a pay raise, great work!!

  No complaints here. I've come in here many times to do my Amazon returns. The lines are never long.the staff are friendly enough... no small talk or going above ans beyond but they get the job done which I appreciate.
