- KMKelly MendozaOct 7, 20251.0I made an appointment online at 9 am for notoray services Got confirmation, when I got there the man said the notoray lady wasn't there and that she would show up at 10 a.m. I have brain cancer and my time is limited just to get a advance directive signed. I got there by 10:15 and noticed she was pregnant so I think she thinks she can get a pass for being late, but as a person I bet she isn't late to her doctor appointment follow ups. I didn't get a discount or apology, I can't walk and my headache quick in when I'm stressed. At least an apology or free copy printing would have been better, but no in the last days of mt life I was still charged $21. Please get someone punctual
