    Don't go to UPS for passport pictures and especially not for renewals. I understand this is my fault for not catching it when paying but this was my first time renewing my passport from my initial one I got as a child. I went in just for the photos for a passport renewal and was then proceeded to process the whole passport renewal that ended up paying 3x what I would have if they just charged me for the picture and mailed the forms through USPS on my own. The service was nice but it would've been so much more helpful to know it's perfectly fine to just get the passport photos and pay and that the passport renewal was not necessary to do there. I noticed the drastic difference in cost when I got home and called to try to cancel but they said "no, it's already in the system", that just doesn't seem right because it's not like the paperwork has already been shipped. After speaking with one of the workers/representative they told me that the price I was charged should be comparable with USPS but after calling them to confirm the USPS passport renewal is $130 without any extra expedited processing or delivery. So I did infact pay 3x as much despite UPS assuming the cost was comparable. Thanks for drastically upcharging me.
