Parking lot is far from ups . Parked at the curb infront of it and went inside . They told me they charge a fee to drop off at this location !! He said my package would be $10!! That’s insane .. I guess I will wait an hr for the location a mile away to open . I’ll never be back here
- JKJon KetoverSep 12, 20255.0We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Bryant and Aaron. We had two large crates each weighing over 1,000 lbs delivered to the hotel. They removed the contents, delivered to our location, removed the boxes and then did the same in reverse on the teardown. The communication before, during and after was nothing short of amazing. Their exceptional service allowed us to focus on other items which helped us greatly. The hotel staff at the Westin Anaheim did a fantastic job as well!
