We just needed 2 copies and they made the copies on the house! exceptional customer service. We asked if they could validate our parking and they were accommodating. I don't think they advertise that, it's always great to ask.

Completely ridiculous and very unsatisfied with their customer service. Later that same day, I went to another UPS location and they processed the return with no issues at all. They even mentioned that this place is known for scamming customers by charging random shipping fees. Avoid this UPS !!!

They have one person working by himself, running himself ragged trying to help everyone. Even with that, he was kind, helpful and even funny. They are fortunate to have such a great staff - his name is John or Jonathan.
