I never got the delivery this past Saturday and I never received a notification until way past the delivery time, which was a WASTE of an entire day . Now the delivery is supposed to be here by 2:10pm which is an hour before I leave for work and I just called and spoke to a young lady named Sunshine who assured me it was going to be delivered by the 2:10pm today promised. If is not. and it is left for porch thieves than Fedex is going to owe me a great deal of money. Because this item wasn't cheap. The website and the chat is a waste of time and is of NO HELP TO ANYONE. Trying to reach a human being is impossible with the phone service or I should say LACK of Phone service. NOTHING about this experience would make me ever want to use Fedex. How do you stay in business with the "NO CUSTOMER SERVICE" policy you have???

She told me for the date I wanted it to be there it would be more expensive, but helped me unpack it put it in a new box and helped me stay in the budget I wanted and get it there by the date I wanted. She was very kind and super helpful. Highly reccomend
