Quickly turned around an emergency sign in 30 minutes, and then provided great outbound shipping service as well, smiling and kind the whole time. Really great service from this team. Fedex shipping itself gave me issues on this trip, that can have its own review, but the store team was phenomenal. Great job!

I had some packages shipped to the hotel since I'm Canadian and nothing gets shipped up north but they never informed me about their policy of "Returning every package that got there longer than a week before your stay" which is ridiculous when I called them to confirm about the service and returned all my packages without letting me know and now I have no clue where my packages are at or if I'm being issued a refund at all even. They also lost one of my packages as there's no one actually receiving your packages but the drivers just dump them somewhere unattended and because of that now I have lost one of my purchases that was a limited edition and not available anymore. After all this they said that they cannot help me out with anything or compensate so AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
