- NNNickOct 13, 20252.0Not impressed at all... There are hours on Google since they close at 8. I showed up at 7:50. They allowed me to drop off the package, which was nice and normal. When I showed them the hours said 8 on Google, and kindly said you might want to have your company change that. Then I got the attitude of attitudes of oh we don't deal with that from the large overweight man/manager. And then I just said any major corporation have people/teams that make sure the hours and websites and contact information are updated on Google's website as they are the largest internet and business producing factor in the world, if they didn't. They're also smart enough to understand that if the information hours are incorrect that can cause customer dissatisfaction which can then lead to negative reviews which can really hurt a business sometimes. Case and point.
- DLDanica LambertJul 5, 20255.0I’ve used this office on several occasions to print art work on different grades of paper, and every staff member has been very knowledgeable in helping me find what will work best to make my drawings pop without breaking the bank. Additionally, the FedEx custom print section on the website is very easy and user friendly, and orders are often ready for pickup ahead of schedule. A special shout out to Daniel, who was very patient, and helped me answer a lot of questions about many types of printing paper when I was in the facility recently.
- MLMatt LarabeeMay 15, 20171.0Worst Fedex retail office ever. Basically, if they aren't profiting from doing the FedEx work, they don't do it. They get 3 shipments of packages a day, if it comes on the 3:00 p.m. truck, they won't scan it till the next day. If you bring them a package and they can't make money on it somehow, they make up excuses that the box isn't packed correctly (of course they will charge you to repack it). If you bring them a package or ask them to do FedEx work after 3 p.m. on a Friday, they won't work on it or look at it till Monday. Essentially, calling them a Fedex Retail location is a joke. Go somewhere else. Note I have no review of their copy/print office services.
