- NNNickOct 13, 20252.0Not impressed at all... There are hours on Google since they close at 8. I showed up at 7:50. They allowed me to drop off the package, which was nice and normal. When I showed them the hours said 8 on Google, and kindly said you might want to have your company change that. Then I got the attitude of attitudes of oh we don't deal with that from the large overweight man/manager. And then I just said any major corporation have people/teams that make sure the hours and websites and contact information are updated on Google's website as they are the largest internet and business producing factor in the world, if they didn't. They're also smart enough to understand that if the information hours are incorrect that can cause customer dissatisfaction which can then lead to negative reviews which can really hurt a business sometimes. Case and point.

Kyle helped me today and was great. 2023 Update: it got better. Daniel, Mayra and the entire team are always super helpful and nice. This is the ONLY pack & ship store I ever use now because of the level of service they offer. Shipping services often have a bad reputation so I make sure to share my experience with people I know. Thank you!
