Slight issues that pissed me off at this location.
I sent my documents and was waiting for the staff to finish their deskwork/training so they could help me further.
Another customer walks in and they decide to address them before me. 🤨
After that, I got my 1 page print started and they took 5 minutes to ask me "are you malee?" (butchered pronunciation) "is this your doc?" "is it a receipt or-?"
All Questions with an OBVIOUS answer - seeing how I was the only person in the store who JUST sent that email. Hello.
Why are you even looking into the details of my document and verifying the details??!? Just print my paper.

Great experience! Steve was absolutely wonderful. We were attending a business conference and needed to make a sign for our booth. He managed to have it printed and ready by 7:30 a.m. the very next morning- even though we came in just 30 minutes before closing the night before. On top of that, he was incredibly polite, courteous, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Most FedEx offices are friendly, clean, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, this office is not most FedEx offices. This location has the honor of being without a doubt the worst shipping experience I've ever had. The staff was completely unhelpful and the store policies are predatory at best.
I had 10 boxes shipped to me at this address for a project I was working on. This office charged me $20 a package just to pick up the box. What would they have done if I refused to pay the fee? Sent the package back to it's destination? After paying the absurd $20 per box, the man who was staffing the office rolls up with the packages on his push cart. I politely asked if I could use his push cart as wheels to get the packages to the front door of the hotel. He refused and said that if we wanted a cart, we could pay the bellmen of the hotel to do it. The hotel door was roughly 10 yards from where we were standing. I was flabbergasted. I took my packages as left (after making a few trips of course, because they couldn't be carried more than one at a time).
If you want an alternative, ship the packages to James. He's the hobo on the street outside. He'll provide better customer service and for just $5 too.
