  Certainly not our store of choice. We miss the store and its friendly employees over by BevMo. I had a shipment of wine sent to the store. Wine requires someone 21 or older to receive the shipment and we are frequently not home. This is the first time the shipment was sent to this store. In the background our son is graduating from bootcamp and there was a family illness. So we forgot about the wine. We never received notification of receipt from UPS, never received any follow up. We are now recovering and reached out to see if they received the shipment and I was informed that the shipment was returned on 11/4. They only allow one week for pick up. She explained that notices are “supposed” to go out. This clearly did not happen. We didn’t know our shipment had arrived. We understand that every company has policies and procedures they must follow, and they have a right to do business the way they see fit. This very dry, technical approach is exactly what I received when calling them this morning. I will be reaching out to the winery next week to explain to them our experience with UPS. Hoping we can work out other arrangements with a company that chooses to follow ALL corporate policies, not just the ones that are convenient for them.

  Customer service is just awesome here. They are always just really excellent and friendly and helpful. Mel, Heather and Randy and more. are always just the best.

  Randy was patient, & friendly. Great customer service in helping me with all my packages. I appreciate employees who are kind and patient when theyve got customers like me with more than one package!
