- VVVSDec 28, 20252.0My recent dropoff was not a good experience when i saw no tracking for a whole day suspecting the loss. Overall USPS is not reliable. Today I’m nervous about package sent to East coast, an expensive item sold via eBay, and all of a sudden after Texas in tracking it shows me Hawaii. What?? Will they re-route it or as usually, make it lost? Whats even worse, there’s no way to get help online, missing package page does not work at all, support chat is a basic stupid bot and not connecting to live support, and no emails or other methods to report problem. Worst IT system ever.

That's why I changed mine since the old facility caused alot of those problems and that whole train of problems is cleared up now and I'm glad the workers don't seem so stressed anymore
