- HCHui ChenDec 10, 20251.0The lady working there was very hard to deal with, without any smile on her face. I did a priority mail shipping with another priority mail shipping back. She didn't even give me the tracking of the returning priority mail. When I asked for it, she said I should have requested it before the envelope was closed. I mean, by default, a priority mail should have a tracking included. I have never got into this issue before in the past decades of shipping with USPS. How would I know that I need to request a tracking on a priority mail and If not, I don't get it? What a bad experience!

- XWX WNov 15, 20251.0The service at the post office today was really bad. Taking the photo is actually very simple — she could have just told my child not to purse his lips or close his eyes. She should’ve checked the photo before printing it. Kids don’t understand these things, and she was not nice at all. She even threatened to charge an extra $15 if he didn’t cooperate, which was unnecessary. I had confirmed beforehand that we could take the photo and apply for the passport at the same appointment, but when we arrived, she said we needed another separate appointment. If that wasn’t possible, she should’ve told me clearly from the beginning,waste my time . It felt dishonest. Bad experience here.

The female staff (From the yelp reviews, I know her name is Stephany ) treated the customers so bad .She is MEAN and RUDE . She enjoys lecturing the customers for passport applications and yelling at the customers for packages picking up. Threatened to send their packages back to the senders . Please remember that the customers are local residents and homeowners . There is no mail delivery in that community for years . The only way to get their US post packages is through the post office box . She questioned them who own the packages and who lives in the same household . This is ridiculous. The customers have the P.O. Box keys , they own the their packages .
