- JNJamie NorrisDec 19, 20191.0I have gone in here twice both times the customer service has been awful...the first time the lady stayed on the phone talking to another employee with the line out the door trying to walk her through a program Instead of putting her on hold ...the second time tried to make me buy tape to put a printed paid stamp on the box....anyway to get out of doing work...I'll never go back there again totally not helpful
- BBBlue BunnyJul 24, 20175.0Staff and service is friendly. It isn't very busy here & when the holidays come around this place is really awesome about sending your holiday mail out in time. It doesn't smell like a homeless shelter, rather it has the scent of paper & stamps in there. In the summer time the inside of the place is cool enough to check your mail at leisure. Its clean inside and organized.
