  I had a return at the Amazon counter here about three months ago, and honestly I’m still upset about the experience. The person who helped me was very rude and unprofessional. I was trying to be polite and cooperative, and even mentioned that I didn’t need a receipt, but before I could even explain properly, he responded in a very harsh and dismissive way, saying “I haven’t even spoken to you yet.” The tone and attitude were really unpleasant and unnecessary. Customer service should never make people feel uncomfortable like that. I wish I had gotten his name, because the interaction left a lasting negative impression. I hope management can address this so others don’t have a similar experience

  I love Staples! Everytime I go to purchase something, I find it very easy to get help, the associates are very kind and helpful. Thank you Staples 🙏🏼

  Not happy the yong workers seems unhelpful made it sound there’s only order work that needed to be picked up by tomorrow young gentlemen said no one is able to help us bec they only print ready to go document please staple hire someone who is capable and knowledgeable w computers

  Staples has a new recycling program - batteries, backpacks, charge cords - that is both good for the environment and has a money back component.

  I found the team at this store to be very helpful and curious. The print area in particular- they are very helpful and patient and kind at helping explain how to use their services.
