- TTTomNov 17, 20251.0Went in to send a simple envelope next day air and was initially quote $16 with added prox $2 for tracking. When went to pay, the young man then told me would be delivered in standard 3-4 days! When I reminded him this was for next day, he then acted like he didnt even hear my initial request! He then quoted me $100 to send envelope for next day delivery!!! Besides poor communication and lack of listening skills, this high fee was so ridiculous! I went down the street to FedX and paid only $10 for second day delivery with tracking and envelope included! This store's outrageous fees and terrible service are a joke!
