- LLlyn6 days ago3.0I have been to this location a few times, and each time the same employee had a very poor attitude. Today, she told me my print job would take a long time — I’m not sure if she was really busy. She also told me that cutting one sheet into four cards would cost $4 per cutline (almost $30 total). No customer would ever agree to something like that — it felt as if she didn’t take customers seriously at all. In the afternoon, another staff member helped me immediately. She resized the file, printed it within seconds, and even cut it carefully for free. She was polite, efficient, and very professional. The difference between the morning employee and the afternoon employee was extremely noticeable.
