  This might be the best experience I’ve had with a corporation ever. I went to overnight a passport to the east coast for an emergency. David walked me through the steps and made sure to call the east coast ups location that I was shipping to and confirm that they do pick ups. I paid extra for Saturday shipping and David showed me the big Saturday sticker on the package and the tracking tag. Somehow when the package left the store and went to the warehouse it was put in the wrong place and was to be delivered on Monday. David drove back into work after his shift ended to check the security cameras to make sure everything was done correctly. He called the warehouse to find my package and make sure it was put on the next day path. He then called me to fill me in on exactly what was happening with my husbands passport. The next day I got a call from Ray confirming that the passport was delivered. David then called me again the next day to check on me and see if everything worked out. He asked if my husband made his flight on time. He seemed genuinely relieved that it all worked out. David and Ray really stepped up and made sure the mistake that was made on the UPS corporate side was solved. Absolutely recommend this location to anybody. The employees seem to be genuinely good people and care about customers. I am definitely a new UPS loyalist when it comes to this location.

  When I say this was a 100 out of 10 experience, I truly mean it. I was rushing last minute trying to get a document notarized for my daughter and me, and David the Notary didn’t just “do his job” — he genuinely cared. When I called because I needed to quickly run to the store for something, David insisted over the phone that I take my time and drive safely. He reassured me he didn’t mind waiting for me at all. That level of patience and thoughtfulness meant everything in what could have been a stressful moment. His female assistant (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name!) and the young gentleman working alongside her greeted me so warmly from the moment I walked in. The entire store had such a welcoming and professional energy. What really stood out was that David took the time to go over small errors in the document I typed and explained them so I’d know better for next time. That wasn’t required — that was intentional care. He shared empathy, stories, and made the whole experience feel human and supportive. The entire UPS Store on Main St delivered excellence. To the whole team — please be like Oprah: you get a raise, you get a raise, and YOU get a raise! 💅🏽✨ Thank you for treating us with such kindness and respect. It truly did not go unnoticed
