They lost my international mail, so I went there to try to figure out what happened. I waited and stood in line for 45 minutes. After I told the male staff about my issue, he told me to go to a female staff, saying she could help me. I then waited patiently again for the lady to finish helping another person. When it was finally my turn, she said she was done and off, and told me to go back to that guy, but the guy then once again told me to go to that lady... basically at the end they just told me to come back two days later on Saturday because they had already turned off their computer... wow... what a time wasting

Just wanted to be thoughtful for those interested in P.O BOX services, the USPS website states that P.O.Box services open M-Sat 4am-8pm closed Sundays. However, the location has a sign that says POBox closed Sat Sun & Holidays. Please take note.

This place is horrendous. They have the rudest staff with disgusting attitudes. My mailman threatened me outside of work hours. Since then he won't deliver packages to the porch, he throws them over the fence, and he leaves the mailbox open. He lied and said I wasn't home to sign for a package so I requested redelivery. The package was never redelivered. I'm sure he stole the package as I've seen him driving around in the USPS truck on a sunday. They let him di whatever he wants because "they're understaffed". It was a package filled with irreplaceable gifts I was trusted with dispersing.
