  When I say this was a 100 out of 10 experience, I truly mean it. I was rushing last minute trying to get a document notarized for my daughter and me, and David the Notary didn’t just “do his job” — he genuinely cared. When I called because I needed to quickly run to the store for something, David insisted over the phone that I take my time and drive safely. He reassured me he didn’t mind waiting for me at all. That level of patience and thoughtfulness meant everything in what could have been a stressful moment. His female assistant (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name!) and the young gentleman working alongside her greeted me so warmly from the moment I walked in. The entire store had such a welcoming and professional energy. What really stood out was that David took the time to go over small errors in the document I typed and explained them so I’d know better for next time. That wasn’t required — that was intentional care. He shared empathy, stories, and made the whole experience feel human and supportive. The entire UPS Store on Main St delivered excellence. To the whole team — please be like Oprah: you get a raise, you get a raise, and YOU get a raise! 💅🏽✨ Thank you for treating us with such kindness and respect. It truly did not go unnoticed

  I had an amazing experience at this UPS location. I arrived 3 minutes before closing, and the employee kindly informed me they were about to close. I explained that I came all the way from Island Pacific Asian Grocery in Santa Monica to buy the food and through heavy traffic to send food snacks my pregnant sister was craving. She lives in Utica New York and couldn't gp out because of snowstorm. Chloe the employee truly went above and beyond understanding the situation and accepting my package despite the time. Her kindness, patience and empathy meant so much to me and to my family. Outstanding Customer Service. (and also to the guy who is with her in her shift) I did not get his name. THANK YOU CHLOE YOU ARE WONDERFUL!!! You made my day

  Come here often to have special copies made. The staff here are friendly, conscientious and efficient especially David the manager. Five star service!
