It seems like every employee I spoke to at UPS didn't have the ability or knowledge to help me with what I needed. I paid $37 for two-day shipping for an important package. When I tracked the package later, I found that the package had been damaged, but no one notified me that the package was damaged. When I called the UPS store, they directed me to corporate. I spent 10 minutes talking to an AI bot trying to get connected to a live agent. I finally get connected to a live agent, who attempts to connect me with the damaged package department, only to get disconnected. When I finally get connected with a live agent, she said she would connect me to the damaged package department, but it turns out the damaged package department is only open on weekdays. Why didn't any UPS employee know the working hours of this department?? Very poor service and organization.

Every time I visited, the staff was friendly, helpful and informative. I left with a smile and tackled the other errands that I had with a better mood. Sorry I didn't get the staff's individual names, but thanks for the great experience!
