Came 10 minutes before time for passport renewal appointment and were told that the person in charge had gone out for lunch and it would be about 30min to an hr for him to come back. It's 40 min past the appointment and still no sign of him. This is ridiculous. No respect for anyone's time!!!

We weren't expecting much from a post office visit, but this location was a fantastic surprise. Easy-to-Find Location: Right in Alamo Plaza, the post office is easily accessible with available parking, making it a convenient stop. If you’re traveling in the area and need postal services, this location is worth visiting for its reliable and pleasant experience.
