They have all the services I ever need including notary, packing, shipping and even passport photos! So glad they’re so close!

They are always very friendly and professional. We were laughing about something and the lady in there at the same time was not nice about it and was obviously pretty miserable. I never do these ratings, but thought the ladies working handled the situation so well I wanted to write in.
- CPCeleste PacelliJan 20, 20261.0Not sure what happened today at this UPS store, but the two employees were having a great time shouting & laughing at each other and telling stories......they didn't even have the professional courtesy to knock it off with a customer in the store!! Then, I had to ask them if they could help me as I needed to give them an Amazon return for which I had the label. She told me that I needed to take it back and wrap it myself or put in a box. What? I just looked at my account and that's not what it stated. Sooooo, am not happy as this was a waste of my time and will be more once I have to go back again! Whoever owns this store, you have some work to do with your staff! Am sorry...I rarely post a review, but this seemed to warrant it!
