I have been coming here for the last few years - a regular jaunt, often times to return something my wife purchased from Amazon. I have gotten to know the great people who work here, especially Nary who always greets me with a smile. In reading some of the prior reviews, something didn’t seem right - in my opinion (having been to this business hundreds of times over the past 5 years), the negative reviews are not at all representative of this business or the people who work there. The team at the UPS Store in Alamo is simply outstanding. Nary, Jennifer, Vishwa, and Kianna always go above and beyond to make every visit smooth and pleasant. They handle everything with professionalism and genuine friendliness, whether it’s shipping, printing, or problem-solving, or dropping off that Amazon return. It’s refreshing to work with a group that takes pride in great service and remembers their customers by name. A huge thanks to this hardworking team for consistently making the experience quick, reliable, and enjoyable!
