When calling the Customer Service number in this image the rep refused to acknowledge returns over 60 days would be accepted.

Affordable items, but never order online. You pay for expedited shipping then they ship it regular and tell you they can’t refund you due to covid when there is nothing on the website stating that. Why even offer expedited shipping if you don’t do expedited shipping? The rep told me she could refund me as a one time courtesy. How is that a courtesy if the information is not on the site? Also, their customer service team is horrible. No one seems like they care to help and talk over you. Their solution is always you have to wait so many days for them to partially take care of the problem. I absolutely love most of the items I purchase from world market, but their customer service truly makes me not even want to support this business.
