He walked me through what I was saying I needed and even explained a way to save money. Super upbeat personality and awesome customer service skills! Cai (I hope I remembered her name correctly) was fabulous as well. She ALSO showed me a way to save money and got my request done quickly and neatly. I am very impressed. They make a great team.
