- MMMuting MaAug 21, 20251.0USPS, Train your employees to use your eyes. Stop delivering our packages to the wrong (same) address! This problem has been ongoing on and off for the past 3-4 years. It’s not at all OKAY! We had 5 packages of this occurrences.

Downsides is the lunch break which I’m assuming is a mandated thing and there’s no drop box for outside of operation hours(unless I missed it) which is why the 4. Maybe I’ve gotten lucky with interactions but they’ve all seem very nice and professional from all my experience. Edit: and on my first time coming in the lady did mention that they had lunch breaks which I was very appreciative of. I would not have known otherwise and that saved me future time/frustration. So I’d probably even do 4.5 if I could just for that extra step

Office is stuck in the 1950s and has a very dreary atmosphere - a depressing customer service experience and no stamp machines. Better to go to the one in South Shore, they have stamp machines and faster service. Please get a stamp machine.
