- ZPZina PAug 21, 20251.0I came to send back tmobile equipment, somehow I wasn't informed by tmobile that I had to pay for shipping printed labels, ups clerk was going to charge $4 for one page,this is outrageous prices, it should be for free since the store definitely get some dividends from tmobile. The big guy, clerk was very friendly and tried to help me as much as he could, but the girl who might be his supervisor was very cold,unfriendly, not compassionate, people like this shouldn't be working in customer service, since they work against customers .
