- JPJosh PratchardSep 15, 20251.0This place has the rudest people working at it. I came in Monday morning on the 15th of Sept to overnight a package and to get a notary signature done. The first girl who helped me (I think her name was Eleine) was treating me like I was bothering her for asking questions about different options and times for delivery on an over night package. She wasn't paying attention at all to what I was saying either. She made me repeat the zip code 4 times because she was trying to pay attention to the conversation of the other woman and the customer she was speaking to instead of helping me. Then, in the middle of taking the shipping address, she answers a phone call and starts talking to them instead of answering and saying "please hold" so she could finish my transaction. Then, after I finally finished the shipment transaction I tried to get the notary signed and that woman was rude we well. I had a federal document that needed to be notorized and she was so confused that the signature line was not present where she wanted it that she made me sign again on the previous page, where I had already signed, because she said it looked like a digital signature. I told her it wasn't but she refused to notorized it unless I signed it again right next to the first. Then after all that the wifi goes down and they say they can't process the payment till it comes back up. This while the entire front of the store is still boarded up with plywood after a year of it being in that condition. This is a super shady location, the people are hella rude and they will screw everything up. AVOID AT ALL COST!
