  Boooooooo!!!! Go to ANY other UPS store. Just went there at 4:59 doors locked and staff inside staring at me saying they are closed. All I had was a drop off. I pointed to my watch and said it’s not even 5 yet…. They just argued from inside but refused to take my pre paid pre labeled drop off. People are too lazy to work these days. I won’t go here anymore there are too many other UpS stores in Alameda to give this worthless place my business!!!!

  This is my favorite UPS store. I highly recommend this spot, folks are extremely helpful and efficient. Specifically, Kevin is one of the best employees i’ve ever dealt with. Honestly, i stopped going to fedex because they are so good.

  Kim G was excellent. I needed to pack an awkward piece , and she suggested that I have her do it. She quoted a reasonable price and did a great job packing it safely. I was pleased with the outcome.

  I go to this UPS all the time. The staff are so helpful. Kim G was a rockstar handling our many packages we were shipping all weekend!

  The service! Shanya did a fantastic job helping me to ship birthday gifts. She was super helpful with helping me get all of the options and prices as well as the details of what to expect for delivery with respect to the destination being in snow country! What a pleasure!
