- SLSharyn LoshakoffOct 8, 20251.0I have just tried to photocopy a legal document with many pages for three different parties. First of all, the photocopy machine skipped several pages. Secondly, the system of estimating the cost of the photocopy and pre-paying for it did not work for me. I spent over $75 copying and not all the pages of the document successfully printed. I won't be returning to FedEx for any photocopy.

The computer printers were down and even the computer took half my money as if i was on it for 20 minutes and I just logged on. Explained my situation to Boom as the staff claims they call that manager, and she didn't care. Staff was supposed to do refund of $11 and didn't do it and she made me lose out on that money. I just wanted to get my work done and go on with my day but they just delayed it more than it should have. I would not recommend anyone going here. I will drive to a farther FedEx than go back to this one. They have no idea about customer service.
