- BCBrent CollinsFeb 25, 20221.0This post office is way too small for the demand then it sees. The people that work there seem to fight a constant morale problem because of this! Clearly a problem with top management!
- APAmber PenningtonDec 24, 20181.0My issue is with them around the holiday time. Specifically Christmas Eve. No where does it say they close early one Christmas Eve (regular is they close at 5pm AMD are closed holidays). I recieved a Christmas packadge from a family member whose daughter, and my best friend, had just passed away. I tried to go pick it up at 1:20pm today (Christmas Eve, Monday). And the lady was locking the door. I showed her the slip that the mail courier dropped off AFTER it would have been possible to pick it up on the prior Saturday (not trying to run anyone's holiday by going out on Christmas Eve, but this is special and I couldn't get it when it should have been made available) she looked at me and said, "Been closed since noon" and continued locking the door. I tried asking and said it was for Christmas. She just said no. I SHOULD have said the hours posted said open till five, do your job and give me my package. Really irked that she didnt give good customer service (because I'm in customer service and her actions we aplorable).
