- SDSharon DavidaMay 12, 20251.0Horrible Mail delivery! We had to move our mailbox to put in stairs to accommodate a handicap, and since then (2 years) they will not deliver to our new mailbox. Their mail delivery guy is so stubborn and lazy that he will not agree to walk two steps to deliver to our new mailbox, even though our neighbors have the mailbox positioned and exactly the same spot. He also refuses to deliver our packages to our door, even though they wouldn’t fit in the mailbox anyway. My husband and my son get medications delivered and we constantly have to run to the post office to pick them up. They should be ashamed of themselves for this behavior. Management said they can’t do anything because It is the mail person‘s choice and he’s part of a union.

Withheld my packages as in ginormous boxes full of groceries, dog food, cat food etc because I didn't want the junk mail they have been filling my mailbox with. To top it off they would allow my partner to pick up the mail even though his name is also on the lease and the mailbox list because he lives there!! They were rude and could care less that they are withholding my purchases. In my opinion this is stealing. You take something that doesnt belong to you and you refuse to give it back. They are a joke.
