Their manager is rude and can't provide any reasonable explanation. He kept telling non-sense like Pallet was not scanned by their office even if in their system it was clearly stated so. Keep telling that package is still in transit if those messages was System generated (I.e. automatically generated by USPS system). Unprofessional and unable to solve the problem. Claimed that shipper may not added package to the pallet even if it was part of the manifest.
