You still haven’t updated your store hours on Google which as shown in the screenshot does not match your actual store hours. My experience sucked because you were not open when you said you were open.

They had a a large load of packages to process by a certain time, and were apparently racing the clock, but that is no reason to be rude to a customer. I figured out the problem eventually, but a minute (not even) to offer some help would have saved me time and avoided the tension.
