The moment I walked in, Ferdinand greeted me immediately, asked if I needed assistance, and even offered tape for the postal box I was shipping—without me having to ask. Michael greeted every customer who came in, asked if they needed any additional services or information, and both gentlemen proactively offered stamps and other helpful options. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help created an experience that is unmatched. You cannot beat the service they provided—at best, you can only hope to match it. To be completely transparent, I arrived today fully intending to write a negative review. This location in Adelanto, California previously had very poor remarks, and based on past experiences, I was prepared to warn others. But after being helped by these two employees, I could not in good conscience do that. These men are single-handedly changing the reputation of this post office through their exceptional work ethic and customer-first attitude. Their service was fast, efficient, and genuinely helpful. You’re in and out quickly, and you actually receive extra support if you need it—something you rarely find these days. These employees are awesome. They absolutely deserve recognition and a promotion. I now highly recommend this post office thanks to Ferdinand and Michael. I truly cannot say enough about how great they are.
