- CHC HernandezFeb 7, 20224.0I used to take the post office for granted but I’ve realized how hard they work with little raises or positive reinforcement. Every interaction hasn’t been perfect but they’re humans. We as a community need better mailboxes and security, that’s for sure but that’s not the fault of the employees. We need to tell our community representatives to do better and fund those things. I’ve gotten so many packages over the last two years due to the world turning upside down and things shutting down. And every Monday- Saturday the mail still comes, in the middle of all this I’ve gotten cards from across the country when I felt the most alone. So I’d like to thank everyone at the Acton Post Office, from one human to another, you all are doing your best and we wouldn’t be the same without you, imagine a world with no “thinking of you, happy birthday, congratulations, condolences, I love you, you’ve been accepted, applications, etc”. Thank you all for your hard work! You are deeply appreciated.
