- AEAshton EdgarMay 17, 20261.0Went their with specific directions given by the Bell technicians over the phone when I arrived at the store the lady working didn’t even listen or attempt to write anything into the computer to assist me in finalizing my Smartwatch plan, I assumed since the store got busy the worker took the easy route and told me they can’t help me when I even knew what needed to be done because of the techs over the phone! Also took my phone out of my hand and began swiping looking for an app I didn’t have without asking my permission or asking where the said app would be! Not to mention the horrible service I overheard her giving the older couple in front of me!
