  Very inefficient and misgudied service. Bought device upgrade in October with uograded plan and even after assuring that long distance calls to my home country and to US will stay intact, now I am getting charged $20 per month (long distance charges) even for calling to Ontario!! No empathy whatsoever lacks serious knowledge when dealing with transactions. Do not go to this store!!

  I was able to get the greatest, friendliest, and most top notch help from the Crossiron Mills Virgin Plus kiosk, more specifically from Krish! He was able to answer every single question I could throw at him. Definitely would recommend going to this kiosk if you ever need to visit a Virgin Plus location is the city! Thank you Krish!
