  Very inefficient and misgudied service. Bought device upgrade in October with uograded plan and even after assuring that long distance calls to my home country and to US will stay intact, now I am getting charged $20 per month (long distance charges) even for calling to Ontario!! No empathy whatsoever lacks serious knowledge when dealing with transactions. Do not go to this store!!

  By far the best customer service I've seen specifically this branch or Virgin Plus! Look for Jessi/Jassi he'll go above and beyond with service!

  Switched to Virgin this past month. Had a quick and easy process with Brenden. He was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to switch.
