If it wasn’t for my wife being on my account I would have switched to Telus right then.

Then Mojda at Bell picked it up and just dealt with it. Straight answers, no script, no passing me off. eSIM was live before the call ended and I've had data for the rest of the trip. Twelve years across Virgin and Bell, and she's the reason that's still true.
