  Absolutely terrible experience with Bell. I went in to return a phone and was told their “system was down” and that I had to wait two hours. After wasting my time waiting there, they still refused to process the return and kept saying the system was not working. What’s interesting is that apparently their system works perfectly fine when someone comes in to buy a phone. To test this, I called another Bell location the same day, only about 30 minutes later, and asked if their system was working for returns. They immediately said yes, everything was working normally and I could come in. I drove there, returned the phone in less than half an hour with zero issues. I even asked the employee if Bell’s system was down, and they said no — they had no idea why the other location kept saying that. It honestly felt like the first store just didn’t want to do the extra work involved in processing a return. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. Do not come to this location if you expect honest service or basic customer support.

  The worst personal at this establishment, they refused to give any information to a costumer who wants to pay his bill. Even they lied saying that the phone number was canceled, customer pay in and isla from a 3rd party provider, bell should be investigated they are forcing customer to fail payments.

  Very disappointing experience at the Bell store in CrossIron. I arrived at 10:00 AM and there was only one employee helping another customer. By 11:00 AM, it was still not my turn. Waiting an entire hour with no proper staffing is unacceptable. If you know customers are coming in, why is only one person working? It feels like saving money is more important than respecting customers’ time. Poor management and terrible customer service.

  SK at Bell in Cross Iron Mall was great to deal with and his service was excellent. I had a couple issues and SK at Bell resolved them promptly with good customer service. Definitely recommend working with Bell.
