  I am incredibly disappointed with the service at this CrossIron Mills location, specifically with an agent named Mojda. I visited the store on Monday and spoke with a helpful sales agent who offered a $35 rate (down from $40) using an employee discount since my daughter works at CrossIron. She checked the system and explicitly told me to bring my daughter back anytime to set it up. She never mentioned that promotions change daily. If she had, I would have brought my daughter in immediately. When my daughter went in today, they charged her $40. I called the store and was told the promotion had changed and it changes everyday. I then called Bell Customer Service, and they kindly advised me to visit the store to get it sorted out. When I went back to the store, Mojda's attitude was completely unacceptable and condescending. She actually told me that customer service only sent me to the store "because they just want to get rid of you." What kind of professional response is that to a customer? My daughter is a student working part-time, and we were just looking for a good deal. Honestly, I would have been willing to pay the $40, but I refuse to give my business to a place that treats people so poorly. I walked right over to Telus, got an amazing deal, and canceled the Bell line the exact same day. I do not recommend this location due to Mojda's awful customer service.

  Areeb was amazing and patient, very helpful. We needed to restore one of my lines and after a lot of issues with customer service over the phone, she was able to help us restore it, made it look easy for us
