- LWLeslie WingrowichSep 19, 20265.0Absolutely fantastic! I received my new phone with ease. Hands off. I stood at the counter and cleaned out my purse. 15 minutes start to finish. Trystan took care of me. Well done, Bell! You have a customer for life!
- JSJennifer SchnoorSep 10, 20265.0Corporate Bell Store Bowers Place Red Deer Went in to upgrade my husband's phone and check my plans today. Dealt with Kelsey (sp?). She was fantastic! Nice, friendly, knew what she was doing. All the women working at the store seemed experienced. EXTREMELY pleased with our service today with Kelsey. Highly recommend! Thanks Kelsey!
- LWLindsay WiebeSep 10, 20263.0Got a new phone yesterday and the guy who got put on my screen protector screwed it up. Is there anything Bell can do to fix the issue? I paid for the screen protector and this is what happens. Please own up and fix your mistake. Very unhappy customer, as it’s not aligned properly. It’s very distracting and all I want is it to be resolved and fixed. I left a voicemail and they never called back. Not a great look for customer service.
