  I want to share my experience so other customers can be careful when dealing with the Bell store located in Bower Mall. Last month, I switched to a new plan after staff told me my first bill would be $82, followed by $60 per month. I asked clearly if there were any hidden fees or extra charges, and I was told no. Today I received a bill for $125, which was completely unexpected. When I returned to the Bower Mall location for help, staff did not provide any real support — they only repeated what was written on the bill instead of addressing the incorrect information I was given during the plan change. I made my decision based on what the staff told me. If I had known the real cost, I would not have switched plans or I would have kept my old one. This experience feels misleading, and I want other customers to double‑check all details before agreeing to any new plan at this location.

  Best bell store ever. Trystan went above and beyond and got it done in under a minute. SOMEONE GET THIS MAN A RAISE!!!

  It was a very pleasant experience Trystan was an awesome help switching us from Telus and would definitely recommend seeing him if you have any questions at all

  I have to say the staff at the Bower mall are awesome. Not so much at the Parkland Mall. I just have to put that in there sorry .

  Had an amazing experience yesterday with the sales person Porter Sweeting 🤩. I was having major problems with my Telus mobility especially with the outrageous prices they were charging and stopped in and it probably took 10 to 15 minutes to go to Telus to get my account number, go back to Bell and it was all done 😊. Got a sweet price compared to what I was paying and he was very efficient, caring, knowledgeable, explained everything to me in detail and just made it a great shopping experience!!! I got some cards from him and already gave one out to somebody who’s looking to get out of Telus too, and I will definitely be referring him to others so I highly recommend him as your consultant. Thank you so much for getting me away from Telus have had more problems with them and they don’t seem to give a rip about their customers so thank you again Porter 😊
