  I went in store to switch from Koodo to Virgin+ and get a new iPhone, as well as move my number over. Emma the store manager helped me, and got me set up with everything I needed! She was incredibly patient as I had to make a few phone calls and compare pricing to other carriers, and she helped make sure I got a good price too! Very sweet girl and I’m so happy to have switched to Virgin! Thanks again. <3

  My husband needed a new phone because his old one had finally stopped charging after years of use. We aren’t very tech-savvy, so upgrading our phones is usually a bit stressful. Lynsi and Emma at the Bell store in Parkland Mall made the whole experience much easier than we expected. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our questions and get everything set up properly. I also received a good trade-in value for my older phone, although my husband’s phone was definitely beyond saving! Overall, it was a very positive experience. Thank you, Lynsi and Emma, for making what we thought would be a stressful day so much easier. We really appreciated your friendly, professional service.

  I am writing to share my appreciation for the exceptional service we received during our recent visit to the Bell store in Parkland Mall. Two associates, Lynsi and Katie (who was in training), greeted and treated us with incredible respect and care. They were both highly knowledgeable and made the entire process enjoyable. We had previously ordered a watch through a Bell promotion that arrived with the incorrect items. Although online support incorrectly instructed us to return the item to a store, Lynsi and Katie took charge of the situation. They contacted the appropriate departments, straightened out the order, and even helped us package the return and directed us to a nearby post office to ensure it was handled correctly. Following this, they corrected our order with the proper watch and went above and beyond to find a promotion that made the deal even more affordable. This is not our first time working with Lynsi and her team, and it certainly won't be our last. I highly recommend this location and these talented individuals to anyone in need of Bell products or services.
