Secondly, the customer service sales reps use unethical sales tactics. I brought my own used phone to lower my bill, and the agent claimed they had absolutely no plans for less than the $95/month that I am already paying. They are hiding behind the excuse that cheaper BYOD plans are "for new customers only." They intentionally block existing customers from saving money just to keep bills inflated. When I told them that I will be taking my phone and my business to a competitor, they did not care at all, so obviously they do not care about losing paying customers.
