I had originally stepped in just to browse and compare pricing on apple watches and IPhones even though I had been a loyal Telus customer for over 15 years. Even knowing I was with another provider and had no intention of switching Ken and Inessa walked me through many different options for watches and phones so that I had the information I needed when ready to make a purchase and the switch from Samsung to IPhone which I was very nervous about. I ended up having customer service issues with Telus when I phoned in to enquire about the watches and phones I wanted to get from them. I was upset enough with Telus that I immediately went into the Bell store to give my sale to the amazing team there that actually cared and had the patience to help an anxious person through a big purchase and change. I highly recommend Bell in the Lloydminster mall. Every single staff member I spoke to there was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, respectful and patient. They have taken the time to answer all my questions and have shown me how to navigate through all the problems/confusion I was having in the switch from Samsung to IPhone. Inessa, Jas, Ken and John all deserve an award for their quality customer service and their patience. I have zero regrets about leaving my previous service provider for this new service with Bell.
