- EMEva Moran2 days ago1.0Bell, like any other phone company in Canada is getting richer and richer at the expense of their victims. They charge ridiculous amounts for plans that give you only the basics. If you are with Bell, beware that you have to be checking your phone bill periodically because extra charges appear out of nowhere. Phone calls to random countries, fees and charges that nobody makes you aware of. If you’re around Southgate area or just a few minutes outside of Lethbridge you’ll be playing “broken telephone” as the signal barely lets you understand what’s said. When you call customer service, be ready to waste 4 hours of your life to get nothing resolved and be careful with what you say because they will use it against you. And if you’re from Lethbridge and need to go to an actual physical store maybe DON’T. I have to say though, there is a sale consultant with initials A.B. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she did pretty awesome trying to answer questions, moving from one customer to another when the store got really busy, leaving nobody unattended.
