  I had a terrible experience with customer service on bells end and Raven and Shivam helped me solve the problem and helped me through this stressful situation. If anyone needs a new phone and are in Grande Prairie, come down to the Prairie mall and pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed.

  Went to get a new phone yesterday and was helped by Raven. Let me tell you, this girl deserves a damn promotion, absolute best customer service I’ve ever had, she made the process so incredibly easy and explained all the pricing in a way that I as a customer could actually understand. She was so friendly and chatted with me while we waited for my old phone to transfer to my new one. I wasn’t sure about staying with Virgin Plus before but after this experience I 100% will be staying purely for the wonderful customer service. These are 100% the kind of qualities that they should be looking for when they decide who to promote or give a raise to in the future. lowkey Raven for President 2028. Thank you.
